The products purchased from McAfee.Support can be refunded within a week of the date of purchase if the product is not used or activated, however the refund can also be provided after a week of the date of purchase if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we may, at our discretion issue a refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within a week of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

McAfee.Support reviews the customer's reason for the refund and once we confirm the refund request we immediately process the refund which will be provided back to customer within 5 to 7 business days.
